| Students are recognized in a variety of ways at Oaks Road Elementary. Every nine weeks students are recognized for earning Principal's List, Honor Roll, Perfect Attendance and Terrific Kids. Parents of students who earn these awards will be invited to a celebration when nine week report cards are sent out. |

A new initiative at Oaks Road this year is Positive behavior support. Parents will be hearing more about this program in October. The goal of this program is to teach positive behavior with rewards to the students with the ultimate goal that students will learn and achieve more throughout the year.
